The regulations apply to the use of this website and define the terms and conditions under which the product will be delivered to you. Thus, and/or by placing an order, you agree to comply with the regulations. If you do not agree to their observance, you should leave this page now.

Changes to the Regulations:
We can change the Regulations without informing you. Changes will apply to any order received after the changes have been made. It is your responsibility to check regularly to see if any changes have been made. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this website without liability to you.
Your account:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password you created when registering on this website and for restricting access to your computer and/or email address to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
Description and availability:
We take all measures to ensure that the information about the products and their dimensions made available on this website is as accurate and detailed as possible, however, there may be differences between what is shown on the website and the product actually available. If the products are unavailable, they will be withdrawn from your order and you will receive a refund or will be processed at a later date after mutual agreement on this date.
Placing orders:
You may not order/buy products from this website if you are under the age of 16.
All orders are subject to our acceptance subject to product availability. After placing the order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming the order. The order will be processed after receiving the payment.
If, in our opinion, we believe that there has been an error, we will then be entitled to cancel the order and a refund.
Individual orders:
Individual orders will be accepted after mutual agreement of the design, costs and deadline. Acceptance of such an order will be confirmed by e-mail. An individual order will be processed after receiving an advance payment of 30% of the agreed price for the service.

There are several simple payment methods we accept:

General Account Protection Guarantee (General Compensation)
You agree to fully indemnify us against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs (including legal fees) and expenses resulting from any breach of these Regulations by you or any other liability arising from your use of this website or the use of this website by anyone using your account number and/or password.
Our guarantee:
It is very important to us that you are satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered from us, you can easily return them – see “Returning Products” below. Our warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Shipment in the UK:
Our goal is to deliver parcels all over the UK within 3 to 4 business days.
We do our best to meet customer expectations, but sometimes due to busy delivery times, it may take a bit longer.
All shipments are made between 07.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
International Shipment:
Orders from outside the UK will be shipped by Royal Mail, and the estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days via standard international mail, however, it may take up to 28 days.
Please note that orders from outside of the UK are shipped at your own risk. Shipments may be taxed in the destination country. The seller is not responsible for these fees if any. The ordering party/buyer imports at their own risk.
Product return/exchange:
- You may return the product to us within 14 days of receiving our product.
- We accept the return of products only if they have not been used, in their original packaging and are suitable for resale. The cost of returning such a product is borne by the buyer.
- Products that have been delivered in an unusable condition.
The replacement of such a product will only be accepted upon receipt of photos documenting the damage. In this case

Or if the buyer does not want a new product
b/ reimbursement of the purchase price to your account after the buyer has returned the damaged product. The cost of returning such a product is borne by the buyer. - Faulty product. In this case, we offer:
c/ sending the buyer the defective part
d/ reimbursement of the purchase price to your account after the buyer returns the defective product. The cost of returning such a product is borne by the buyer. - The return/exchange process may take up to 21 business days.
- We do not offer returns/exchanges for products made to individual order and / or non-standard dimensions unless there is a manufacturing defect.
